Blog Train Color Palette and Sign-Ups

Our cut-off date is the 13th so I can have the blog roll ready and complete on the 14th, to go live at midnight Pacific Time as soon as it becomes the 15th.

To participate in the blog train, please:
    * put your preview image below at 600x600 pixels and 72dpi
    * add your blog address in the post AND the designer name you'd like me to use in the blog roll

Our next theme is from Dianna

    Spring Ahead

Feel free to add green to the palette.

My part is comming soon, making some additional packs. But I have a little problem, as Ill be on vacation when the blogtrain starts, will be away from april 8th till april 17th. So I will not be able to post the blog list. So I'll link just to the Wilma4Ever blog hope that's ok.
And I can not activate the BT in store so will put it on a share site till I'm back home. I'll activate the additional packs earlie before leaving.

Those look awesome Eileen. The dice are very cute and love all those papers. And no worries. If you want we can add that your part will be in there on the 17th or 18th due to vacation in the blog post. They can always come back and pick up yours later.

Thank you. The colors are great, but I didn't have any ideas for elements as I already did several spring kits.

You can do Easter as well for the train, if you want.

That's cute Dianna. I'm having trouble with this one. Mine isn't any where near as close to being as cute as yours. Trying to stick to just spring for this one. and another Easter for the BAK.

Bunnies, chicks, ducks, eggs, et al are all pagan symbols of spring which have been gang pressed into the modern Christian holiday of Easter and which have about as much a relation to that holiday as fish do to bicycles. So I see no reason not take back what the Christians stole.

Crosses, crowns of thorns, nails, winding cloths and open graves are what should be in your Easter kit...but that would be just gruesome, wouldn't it? Ostara/Aurora with her rabbits and Venus/Aphro with her eggs are more fun, as far as deities go.

You are named for Aphro, you know...that is where the word April came from.

My trouble is with the sleep/waking schedule. I can't sleep with the pain in my hip...ended up getting up at 5 AM to work on this and watch Aurora rise with Creamy, but by 9:30 I was yawning so much I thought I was going to crack my jaw. Went and curled up with heating pad for about an hour, thought I might get lucky and drift off, but no. ::sigh::

I did not know that. Aphro. I learn something new from you all the time.

You made me laugh with the ...as fish do to bicycles. LOL So true though and very true on the other part. I actually put crosses in my Morning Glory kit. My first ones not being in something to do with Halloween. You are so true on all accounts.

I've been so tired from work lately that I slept most of my 2 nights off this week. I couldn't do anything besides get my kit done. I didn't get my lawn mowed, car registered or pick up my glasses/contacts from the eye doctor. Now I have to wait till Monday to get it all done. I should send you some of my sleep time from here and then maybe I'll get something done. LOL Sorry you are hurting. You'd think a heating pad would help. Hang in there. Hopefully you will heal soon. Sending good comfortable sleep wishes to you
